Vote GAULKE
Tuesday, April 6, 2021!

Where do I vote? Visit www.myvote.wi.gov or call (866) VOTE-WIS to learn where!
  • A vote for Katherine is a vote for us! - Katherine will be an outspoken voice for you in Madison because she is committed to listening to you and solving your problems. "As a Town of Delavan Supervisor, I listen to residents and act on their behalf. As your representative of District 32, I will expand my advocacy to include all individuals, families, and businesses in our district."

  • Problem Solver – Katherine is a problem solver. She has a proven track record of achieving goals, doing so quickly, creatively, and effectively, often thinking “outside the box” to address needs. As an example, once she recognized the need for health care reform, Katherine founded the Wisconsin Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (WAFCC).  Under her leadership, WAFCC has become a national leader, with states across the country looking to Wisconsin as an example of how safety-net clinics can deliver high quality care to uninsured and under-insured residents.
  • Fierce Advocate – Katherine is a passionate and determined individual who will not accept an answer of “it can’t be done.” She has been a fierce advocate as a Town of Delavan Supervisor, as well as a board member of both the Delavan Lake Improvement Association (DLIA) and United Way of Walworth County. Katherine has also organized advocacy days at our state's capitol for safety-net clinics, their patients, and volunteer providers. As your representative, she will continue her fervent advocacy for District 32 and for you.

  • Policy Experience – As a Town of Delavan Supervisor, Katherine writes and votes for ordinances and resolutions, while also implementing state laws at the local level. In addition, she is on the State Treasurer's Homeowners Task Force because: “I have heard too many stories about residents losing their homes due to medical bills or a job loss that caused them to fall behind on their mortgage. I am determined to create early interventions to decrease delinquencies and foreclosures, while identifying ways to further empower residents to improve their financial health.” Due to her policy knowledge and experience, Katherine has testified in front of the Committee on Colleges and Universities regarding the gaps in Wisconsin's healthcare system.
